Testimonials
Our clients’ testimonials speak volumes about our services and commitment. Get an insight into their experiences.
During his role as Contracts Compliance and Equipment Manager at UHS, Richard played a pivotal part in supporting us with the development of the critical care transfer stack, a Class I medical device.
As a company new to the medical sector, Portsmouth Aviation initially had limited understanding of the stringent requirements and challenges of the healthcare environment. Richard’s extensive experience and deep knowledge were instrumental in guiding the project from early prototypes through to a robust, optimised product, one that meets the demanding needs of both continuous use and end users in a clinical setting.
Richard’s proactive approach, clear communication, and willingness to provide detailed feedback on design considerations greatly enhanced the development process. He also facilitated valuable access to personnel and departments for usability testing, which proved key to the project’s success.
Always approachable, professional, and cheerful, Richard was a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, and collaborative professional, whether as an employee or a consultant.
